Warmest welcome,

My name is Daniela Hernández, I was born in Colombia and grew up in Sweden in a multicultural environment. It gave me a strong desire to discover the world and since then I have been travelling around the globe and living in six countries, ten cities, and two islands before I settled in Toulouse, France.

What I did not expect with this journey is that constantly moving eventually helped me to find a home... in myself! This, thanks to my encounter, along the way, with Yoga.

This adventure started in 2013, as a personal practice. It opened a whole new world to me, that led me to study meditation, discover my spirituality, and dive into holism.

Yoga means unity: to unite yourselves in a universal spirit. Yoga empowers you to reconnect with yourself and with nature, to raise your awareness and to live in the present moment.

Extremely grateful for this discovery, it inspired me to share this powerful gift with others. Following this instinct, I studied and became a Yoga instructor so I could give in return what had been given to me.

While teaching, my intention is to create a safe space so that my students can open up fully, experience the power of this practice, and embrace its learning into their daily life.

No matter what stage you are in, wherever you come from, I welcome you so you can accept your true self and dive with me into the blessing and power that Yoga is.
