A perfect Sunday Yoga combined with a Swedish brunch, together with Café Fika!
I will guide you through one hour of calm and meditative Hatha Yoga. We will start our Yoga practice with an opening meditation and end with Pranayama (breathing exercises). We will focus on de-stress, strengthening and connecting with our body, mind and soul.
The class is adapted for everyone, beginners and experienced yogis, all are welcome!
The brunch menu is Café Fika's classic Swedish brunch.
