If you are looking for a yoga session fully tailored to suit your wishes, I am offering private classes!
In these one-on-one classes we will be entirely focused around your needs, from highly dynamic and strengthening Yoga to therapeutic, calm and nourishing Yoga (to relax and heal your nervous system). If you prefer, we can also focus and go deeper into our journey of meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercices) and consciousness, explore and expand our Yoga techniques and the knowledge of how Yoga can help in our daily life. You could also be looking for a first private session to try out your very first yoga poses and steps on the mat!
