When winter is coming, we naturally adapt to mother earth’s transition. The temperatures are lowering, the light is fading and we are slowing down. Even if it is an ancestral response that we have to embrace, it is key to expand our vitality while preserving a state of serenity.
It is not always easy to accept changes and keep our balance when we feel this shift around us. That is why seasonal change often comes with tiredness, stress and a weaker immune system.
In this 4-weeks program we will strengthen our physical body to let our vitality grow, release stress and strengthen our immune system. We will work at a cellular level where we expand our life force to let it reach our body and mind. And this, while immersing ourselves in our deepest essence of serenity.
In this program we will practice different Asanas (Yoga poses), meditations and Pranayama (breathing techniques). Pranayama means “life force” in Sanskrit, this is the reason why the program is specially focused around it.
This program contains a mixture of dynamic and calm Yoga classes, adapted for the season and for everyone who is willing to join!

Strengthen our core to raise our vitality.
December 5th
Activate the circulation in our legs and hips.
December 12th
Increase life force through backbend.
December 19th
Embrace whole body movement towards serenity.
Every week, the sessions will start at 19:30 and end at 20:30 (GMT+2, Paris/France).
The aim is to focus on a specific theme during a period that is long enough so we can notice our progress along the weeks, while settling into a sacred time and space for ourselves. Yoga is a continuous dive, and practicing module after module, program after program will allow us to go deeper in its practice.
