Yoga Style

I teach a combination of Hatha Yoga and Anusara Yoga. It is a wide yoga style that suits most people, beginners and experienced yogis.

Hatha yoga is a mixture of asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing) that strengthen your body, raise your creativity, energy and vitality while holding onto your awareness.

Anusara is known as "Yoga from the heart" and means "open to grace", its practice aligns your body so it can receive a better energy flow and balances it together with your mind and soul.

My classes always consist of Yoga, meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises). I offer both calm sessions and dynamic sessions that are based on a meditative foundation.
