Ground, Release and Flow

October 3rd to November 14th

How can we ground ourselves through the challenging moments of life?
What do we need to do to release tensions?
How can we let our life flow free and feel it within us?

Through this 7-weeks, dynamic and restorative program, we will focus every week on a different module to face these questions!

This strengthening and healing program will make us dive into a space of self-reflection and connection. Together, we will raise our Prana, the natural flow state where we can find our creativity, inspiration and vitality.

October 3rd
Ground ourselves and find calmness in our bodies, minds and souls.

October 10th
Become aware of where the tensions are, which one you want to focus on, where it comes from and dig deeper to find its root.

October 17th
Embrace and accept the root tension and be open for the changes to come.

October 24th
Let go and trust.

October 31st
Feel self-compassion, self-love, and ease.

November 7th
Free flow and space.

November 14th
Summary: Grounding, Awareness, Acceptance, Letting go, Self-compassion, Free flow.

Every week, the sessions will start at 19:30 and end at 20:40 (GMT+2, Paris/France).

What are the benefits of following a yoga program?

The aim is to focus on a specific theme during a period that is long enough so we can notice our progress along the weeks, while settling into a sacred time and space for ourselves. Yoga is a continuous dive, and practicing module after module, program after program will allow us to go deeper in its practice.

What kind of tensions are we going to work on?

Tensions can take multiple forms, and we will focus on the ones affecting our bodies (physical and emotional) and mind. Their most common root causes are stress, fears, old wounds, poor ergonomics, insufficient rest, lack of workout, unbalance or recent life changes.

What if I don't feel any tension right now?

Moving our bodies, being connected and grounding ourselves is a never ending process! Even in the moments where we don't feel any specific tension, we can always optimize the free flow in our bodies and in our lives.

Module content

  • Yoga practice: 50 minutes
  • Meditation: 5 minutes
  • Pranayama: 5 minutes
  • Journaling: 10 minutes

  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Blanket and pillow(s)
  • Webcam / camera
  • Computer / laptop / IPad to display the video stream
  • Notebook and pen
  • Recommended, but not mandatory: Two Yoga blocks
