Estas sesiones privadas están totalmente centradas en sus necesidades.
Estos programas personalizados se centran en un tema específico para que podamos profundizar en su exploración. Están destinados a ser seguidos durante un período de tiempo más largo (varios días, semanas o meses, según el programa).
Principalmente enseño las clases en inglés, pero cambio de idioma dependiendo de los estudiantes.
Hablo con fluidez inglés, español, sueco y en el momento estoy estudiando francés.

The 7 week course "GROUND, RELEASE AND FLOW" have given me as a beginner results both physically and mentally.
The instructor Daniela was educational, calm and encouraging.
I was stiff when the course started, but I became more and more flexible during the course, which I'm very happy about.
In the mental part, I learned to relax and gain a better self-esteem.
What I experienced most strongly was that I, as an asthmatic, got to learn several breathing techniques that helps me and are also relaxing.
